Tutu Steel - thread covered 4.75mm (3/16 inch) black

Tutu steel is thread covered hoop steel, this one is 4.75 mm wide and black. I've been told that the standard 15" tutu requires a bit more than 2 meters of hoop wire, if you order 3 meters you should be safe.

Hoop steel thread covered 4.75 mm. ON SALE due to the fact that I suspect it is beginning to oxidize just as some of the white is. When this item is sold out it will not be restocked.
