Refund policy

Our policy is simple; we only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong thing. In fact if we ship you something other than what you ordered we usually just let you keep it and we ship out the correct item at our cost.

Returns can be problematic when so may of our orders leave the country. In that past, when we accepted returns we often faced having to pay Duty on returned items making it a "loosing money" service. Other issues were people ordering tools and using them for a project and then returning them - we could not then resell that item. As a very small company we just can't afford to support returns, but we do take full responsibility if we ship you the wrong item.

Occasionally we do accept returns from within Canada but there is a 15% "Restocking Fee" and the cost of shipping to return the product to us is your expense. If you need to return something and accept these terms then contact us to discuss the issue before sending the item back. Please include the order # of your purchase when you write .

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
