Mini Crinoline - Handkerchief Hem

This is a sweet little crinoline with no hoops. It's short at only 14" long (36cm) from waist to hem. It's a "one size fits all". The waist will fit 18" - 32" (46cm - 81cm). Called a "handkerchief" crinoline and the net is multiple handkerchief cut pieces attached at the waistband by a corner, leaving pointed corners to create the hemline.  Model is 5'8"
