Shipping

Farthingales ships every Tuesday and Thursday. We ship via Canada Post and ship to most countries in the world - though as of July 1st 2021 we no longer ship to the EU. Shipping rates are "live" based on the weight of your package, the destination and the speed of service you choose for delivery. Shipping via your courier or 3rd party courier account is no longer an option for international orders. 

Canadians - If you want to arrange for your choice of courier to pick the order up please let us know. You will need to e-mail us the shipping labels and make the arrangements with your courier to pick the order up, once it's ready.

Please note that every country has a different threshold for Duty/Taxes and you may find that your are billed for these at the time of delivery. It is rare when packages go to Australia or New Zealand and it's rare when packages go via Canada Post, but it can happen. US BOUND ORDERS - please note that as of August 29th 2025 all orders entering the US from Canada are charged as much as 50% Duty on the value of the product. According to US laws this must be paid prior to the package entering US Customs. This means the Duty is calculated and collected from you on our website. We pay the amount to the carrier and the carrier submits it to the US government.
