Elliptical Ruffled Petticoat

Full length elliptical petticoat with two hoops, and  ruffles. If you want to add hoops it can be easily done. One size fits all, the waist can range from 24" - 36" (61cm - 91cm). The length from waist to hem is 39" (100cm) at the front and 59" (150cm) at the back. Model is 5'8". Made in China

Please note, in order to limit the risk of tripping - the bottom hoop should be at least the length of your foot above the ground.

Depending on the fabric weight of your overskirt you may need to add extra hoop steel to support the shape.
