Shipping policy

We ship every Tuesday and Thursday via Canada Post. The truck arrives at 12:30 Eastern Time to pick-up all the orders. Your order is never held past these days without our advising you of a problem processing your order OR, if your orde came in too late to get processed. We do not do "Back Orders" which means we ship your order as complete as possible. Cancelling the item(s) that are missing. We do advise you first, so please check your e-mail for the next 24-48 hours following placing an order. It is rare that items are Out of Stock but if they are you will likely see it noted on the website.

We do everything we can to get your order out on the first available truck.

Yes! Canada Post will take your order almost any where in the world - the package will be delivered by your local postal service.
