Coutil - Rose Brocade, buttercream yellow roses.
This coutil has a rose pattern of yellow roses (with a subtle sheen) on a matte pale yellow background. This is a great brocade for the under structure of an evening dress or bridal gown as it creates a beautiful lining with structure. It can also be used for a single layer corset that will see regular wear, but not intensely tight (want to tightlace with this coutil - add a herringbone coutil lining) for strength and beauty .

Good quality. If machine washed and dried expect a shrinkage rate of 6.25%.
The colour is a soft butter cream yellow, not a strong or bright yellow.
