1/4 inch (6mm) Sprial Bones sold by the Piece

Spiral bones are the most flexible of all bones; offering some support but some freedom of movement as well. The US manufacturer is converting from "capped" ends to "dipped" ends so you may end up with both if you order more than one size. The manufacturer does not guarantee exact lengths. The lengths may vary as much as 1/8" (3mm).

Currently on sale as they are being discontinued. When current stock is gone they will not be replaced.

Some of the dipped tips didn't fully cover the sharp edges.
REPLY : Sorry about that. This has become an issue with our longer time supplier and we have let them know. We do try to pick out better ones when we pull orders. And we are looking for a new source.

Just what you'd expect

These bones are good quality. The lengths of mine were pretty even with each other. As stated, some came with pre-applied U-tips and some had a grey plastic rubbery coating on each end. The rubbery coated ones were easier to slide in and out of my garment, but sometimes had a little burr or nub of the coating sticking out, which can easily be sanded off with a medium sandpaper, like around 200 grit. All in all, I'm happy with these!

for lightweight support

I've never used 1/4" boning before but can think of many ways it can be used. The product I ordered from you has dipped ends and is of very nice quality.
